How to Use:

In the Hands
Squeeze or roll the Birth Roll between your palms to activate pressure points and support sensory focus during contractions.

Under the Feet
While seated, gently roll it under your bare feet to stimulate grounding acupressure points, promoting relaxation and circulation.

On the Lower Back
With support from a partner or while leaning against a wall, use the roll on the lower back (sacrum area) to ease muscle tension.
